((*cough, cough*One thing, don't scramble through every spell in the book. You are but a First Year. Tis why I will go easy, using the same less advanced spells. Once a teacher if you become one, you will be open to all but the Unforgivable Curses.))
"Very well," Gimalden bowed slightly, wand pointed up like a sword, "wand at the ready." He stood at a side angle, pointing his wand forwards and his left hand bent forwards as well at his chest. Gimalden showed no expression on his face, he simply waited for Snitch too make his move first.

((Yeah, that was the problem with another RP I was at. A first year was an Animagus... *Shudders*. Anyway, how do you know about Unforgivable Curses if you are only on Book Three? So yes, since I haven't had ANY classes yet, my spells will be considerably weak))
Snitch stared at his new idol, not sure what to do. Then he moved his wand to his left, then to his lright, then when he swooshed the wand for the third time he yelled, 'Serpentsortia!'
A rather small, yellow snake slithered out of Snitch's wand, and advanced towards Gimalden. A smirk emerged from Snitch's face. 'My personal favourite. Mind you, it caused quite a racket on the train ride here.'

((I know about them by accident, but I didn't read up what attacked Harry, just know what its called. I was looking through a spell encyclopedia and found 'Crucio'.... I know nothing about them really though, how or even if they were used, so little is spoiled on my behalf.))
Gimalden eyed the snake for a second and then shot his wand forward making a swift circular movement in the process; wand pointed directly at the snake.
In unison with his wand he relieved himself of the word 'Incendio!'. A fire bolt hissed as it quickly burned the snake into ashes.
"I heard of that little fiasco." Gimalden said after he countered the attack.

((I hate OOCing only so I'll take the move, but I did my move against your snake, therfore, your move, less I am missing something.))
Gimalden, without hesitation, took Snitch's offer and from his wand as it flung forth shot a disturbence in the air, which had come only right after Gimalden spoke 'Flipendo'.

Snitch toppled backwards, and bruised his head. He slowly got up, and immediately aimed his wand at Gimalden. Expelliarmus!

Roobz stood at the back of the room, leaning against the stone wall, hideing in shadow. She watched carefully and noted down all the spells she had heard and what they did. After she had finished her apple (which she was quietly munching) she tossed it out of a near by window and walked silently out of the room.
