When you issue your identity you are asked to follow this sheet plan. It is simply so that people have an understanding of the appearence and specialty of your character:

Gender: (male, female, errr both??)
Age:
Blood Type: (pure blood, half blood, muggle born)
Eye Color:
Hair Color:
Hair Length/Style:
Skin Color: (fair, tanned, dark skinned)
Body Build: (slender, average, muscular)
Personality: (doesn't effect your house, so don't try to get into a certain house through this)
Lives In: (London, Ireland, New York, etc.)
Family: (parents/siblings, [optional: ages and names])
